We restore old buildings and fill them with people working.
Gable started in 2017 in one floor of a grain warehouse at Grand Canal Dock. Today there are six houses, and each one was something else first: a bonded whiskey store, a Georgian townhouse, a butter market.

We keep what made the building good: the granite, the brick vaults, the sash windows, the light. Then we add what makes a working day good: a proper chair, a door that closes for a call, coffee someone cares about, rooms that work with one cable.
Nobody has to sign up for anything. You book a seat or a room for the time you need it, and the house is yours for the day: the kitchen, the terrace, the booths, the people.
